Teaser Tuesday (10): Every Other Day by Jennifer Lynn Barnes

Teaser Tuesday is hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
Okay, I just finished Sweet Venom.  The review will be up by the end of the week! (Finally I know).  I have so many books to start now though, so I’m not sure which to go to.  Every Other Day is an eBook from NetGalley so it does expire in less than a month, so I’m going to be starting this one today, then I have to finish my eARC of The Pledge since that expires 10 days after Every Other Day.  Anyway, you came here for a teaser and here it is.  I have no knowledge of anything (other than the description) of this book, so I’m going to be just as confused as you on this one :).

Title: Every Other Day

Author: Jennifer Lynn Barnes

Series: N/A

Pages: 336

Teaser: “And as the door closed behind me, I heard a light and airy sigh.  I’d come here with a lead, and I was leaving with a broken cell phone and a ball of nausea expanding in my stomach.” – Page 180

So that’s the teaser this week, I am pretty excited to start this book.  The description sounds great (which is why I requested it in the first place) & that cover is gorgeous!

  1. I've got this one also. I've only read a couple reviews on it and they were both very good.

I love comments! They make me super happy, I read all of them and try to respond to most of them!

This is now an award free blog, I'm super flattered to be chosen for awards, but I can't find time to complete the requirements to pass them on. Thanks!
