In My Mailbox (3)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme started by Kristi from The Story Siren where bloggers can share what books they've received and what they're planning on reviewing.

I got a bunch of books in my mailbox this week because I bought most of these books in preparation for the National Book Festival next month in Washington, DC.  I bought them all from Amazon and it was the absolute worst package I’ve ever gotten from Amazon.  More than half of the books I bought were damaged in some way.  I would send them back for replacements, but I doubt I’d get better copies of them next time, so I’ll just deal with these ones. I also won a couple more books in contests, they haven’t arrived yet, but I’ll mention them anyway.

Books I got for the National Book Festival (From Amazon)
  • City of Bones, City of Glass, City of Ashes (Paperback Box Set) by Cassandra Clare
  • City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
  • Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare
  • Vacations From Hell by Libba Bray, Cassandra Clare, Maureen Johnson, Sarah Mlynowski
  • Prom Nights From Hell by Stephenie Meyer, Kim Harrison, Meg Cabot, Lauren Myracle, and Michele Jaffe
  • Lock and Key by Sarah Dessen
  • Dreamland by Sarah Dessen
  • What Happened to Goodbye by Sarah Dessen
  • Shine by Lauren Myracle
  • Let It Snow by John Green, Maureen Johnson, and Lauren Myracle
Other Books I Purchased
  • Divergent by Veronica Roth
  • Across the Universe by Beth Revis
  • The Iron King by Julie Kagawa
  • The Iron Daughter by Julie Kagawa
  • The Iron Queen by Julie Kagawa

  11. I'm so sorry to hear about the package problems you encountered. It's really disappointing when that happens.

I love comments! They make me super happy, I read all of them and try to respond to most of them!

This is now an award free blog, I'm super flattered to be chosen for awards, but I can't find time to complete the requirements to pass them on. Thanks!
